"They pretty much always have what I’m looking for"
I’ve had a really good experience here because most of the time, when I go in for something specific, they actually have it in stock. That might sound simple, but it saves me a lot of hassle because I don’t have to run around to a bunch of different places or come back another day. Even for the usual everyday stuff I need, I can usually count on finding it there, which is one of the main reasons I keep going back.

"Order showed up right, even if I lost track of the timing"
Everything I ordered was in the box, and the sizes and flavors were all correct, so no weird mix-ups there. Shipping felt a little slower than I expected, though I might’ve confused the delivery date with another order or mixed up when I actually placed it. Either way, it got here fine and everything was right.

These toys have held up really well, and my dog definitely likes playing with them. I wouldn’t say they’re the most exciting toys ever, but at the same time I don’t really have anything bad to say. They seem good quality and do the job.

"Simple to use, with a little room to improve"
I had a good experience using petsupplies.com. The site was easy to figure out, the categories actually made sense, and checkout didn’t turn into one of those frustrating online errands. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I think some of the filters could be more helpful, but I still found what I needed for my dog without much hassle. when a site makes taking care of your pet feel a little easier instead of adding stress, that counts for a lot. I’d use it again.

"Order was good, but the box was a little beat up"
My pet supplies arrived on time, and everything inside was totally fine. The outside box was, a bit dented on one side, and the tape looked kind of loose, so I was a little worried when I first saw it. Luckily, nothing was damaged, so it ended up not being a big deal. I’d order again, for sure, I just hope they pack it a little better next time.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size harness for my dog and had to send it back. The return process was really straightforward, and I liked that the emails and receipt info were clear without being a whole back-and-forth hassle. "Autoship has been really easy"
I’ve been using petsupplies.com for my dog’s food subscription and it’s been great so far. The autoship shows up when it says it will, and I really like that I can move the date around if I need to. Prices seem fair too, and it’s one less thing I have to remeber every month. Haven’t had any delivery issues yet, so it’s 5 stars from me.

My order showed up when they said it would, so I can’t really complain there. The tracking did update slowly, though, which made me wonder if anyone was actually keeping it current. In the end, everything arrived fine.
